Contracting Process for the Statewide Contract

• Determine need, create Statement of Work, identify deliverables
• Determine skill sets needed and submit SOW to Rattan
• Evaluate Rattan response
• Send P.O. to Rattan
• Send copy of P.O. and SOW to Central Purchasing
• Rattan completes work
• Rattan completes Certification of Completion and Acceptance Form and submits to organization
• Complete Contractor Performance Report Form and send to DCS
