PeopleSoft Programmer/Systems Analyst

 

Job Description

Experienced in supporting PeopleSoft CRM to support Incident and Problem processes that are ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) compliant using standard CRM functionality provided by Oracle – per business unit.

Serve as staff augmentation, functionally report to the manager of the Unit of CORE, of the Office of State Finance and will partner with the OSF-Helpdesk staff to accomplish the work efforts for which they are assigned and responsible.

Desired Experience

Prior experience configuring CRM version 9.0 to be ITIL compliant
Resource must be certified in ITIL Operational Support and Analysis version 2 or version 3
